What we believe
Let a child be a child. Screens dull creativity and show children things they should never see. We would rather bring our roots back — mud, bread dough, bugs, questions.
Curiosity is the curriculum. Knowledge grows when children follow their own questions. The repeated ones, the “annoying” ones — those are the fundamental ones: how things work, why we are here, and often the questions adults should be asking themselves.
Nature is the science lab. Patience, how things connect, cause and effect — nature teaches it better than any worksheet.
Emotions are energy. Let them move. Stuck energy turns into chaos later. Naming and acknowledging a feeling is how it releases. Freedom of expression — creative and emotional — is not optional.
Life is the lesson. Baking, cooking, organizing the home, the grocery store, kitchen chemistry, finance, fruit, animals. We call them living learning lessons.
The mind of a child is a garden. A forest of gems, excitement, curiosity, and wonder. No child is the same; each brings a special question into this world. We meet children exactly where they are and value what they say. That heart is what we wish to grow.
